Refunds requested more than thirty (30) days after the date of original shipment will not be granted, as subject to Australian Consumer Law. Sorry, but we can't provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to mishandling, misuse, lack of care, accident, abuse or other abnormal use at any time after the risk passes to the purchaser.
